This privacy policy describes how we collect information, the purposes for which we use it, and how we manage it.

Your privacy is important to us and we attach great importance to it, which is why we wish to express our utmost commitment to protecting our Users' personal data. We have implemented the technical and organisational measures required by data protection regulations to ensure the confidentiality of your data, complying with the General Data Protection Regulation adopted by the European Union (GDPR). Nevertheless, we cannot assume any responsibility for damages arising from alterations that third parties may cause in the User's computer systems, electronic documents or files.

What are the purposes of processing?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To fulfil our contractual obligations if you have decided to purchase any of our products, as well as to carry out the administrative, tax and accounting management arising from the orders we have processed.
  2. To participate in any staff selection processes we may carry out, in the event that you send us your CV.

What is the legal basis for processing?

The legal bases that legitimise the processing of your data are the following:

  • Consent of the data subject given when sending us your data and accepting this privacy policy.
  • Performance of the contract entered into for purpose no. 1, under the conditions indicated in the contract we may formalise, as well as to fulfil the legal and tax obligations arising from the contract.
  • Consent of the data subject for purpose no. 2 given when accepting this website's privacy policy, or via paper or electronic forms where you specifically give your consent. If you send us your CV by e-mail we consider that you are allowing its processing; if we deem it appropriate to keep it, we will reply by the same means with our data protection policy.

Data retention criteria

We will keep the data for the prescription period of legal obligations, and as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the relationship, so we will delete the data when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes that justified the processing.

CVs received will be destroyed if discarded from any selection processes we may carry out, keeping them for a maximum period of one year.

How should I update my personal data?

The User guarantees that the personal data provided through this website are accurate, correct, up-to-date and complete. The User must notify us of any modification or update, by sending a communication to the postal or electronic addresses indicated in the "What rights do data subjects have?" section.

Who are the recipients of the information?

We will not share information with third parties except where required by law, or where you give your express and unequivocal consent.

What rights do data subjects have?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data concerning them.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where applicable, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. In this case, we will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.

They will also have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their data at any time when the basis legitimising it is the data subject's own consent.

Security measures

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in article 5, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users, and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
